To maintain sterile integrity, NO third parties - including guests or trainers - may be present during the session. We appreciate your partnership in preserving this performance environment.
THE ENGAGEMENT
All premier sessions are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable service retainer.
RESIDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Our artisan service is best hosted in a well-lit, private area - such as a dedicated utility suite - equipped with a standard power outlet and access to a bathing area.
THE RESTORATION
Our meticulous protocol ensures the grooming area is returned to its original, pristine condition before our departure.
THE DURATION OF CARE
We typically dedicate up to two and one-half hours to each private engagement, ensuring a meticulous and unhurried experience. Please note that the final duration is carefully adjusted based on your pet's unique temperament and the integrity of their coat; instances of significant matting require some additional time and specialized care to ensure a safe, therapeutic result.
THE CONTINUITY OF CARE
To maintain the pristine integrity of the coat and ensure continued skin wellness, we recommend a standing engagement every four to eight weeks. Consistent intervals allow us to manage growth seamlessly, preventing the complexities of matting and ensuring your pet always remains in a state of refined comfort and effortless elegance.

Service Credit: This retainer is credited toward your final balance at conclusion of our visit.
Curated Scheduling: To maintain the highest standard of service, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any adjustments or cancellations.
Commitment: Appointments modified with less than 48 hours notice, or missed without notification, will result in the forfeiture of the retainer to respect the dedicated time of our artisans.
Exclusivity: To maintain the integrity of our schedule, please note that retainers are exclusive to the date and time selected and are not transferable to future engagements.

We invite our clientele to partner with us in preserving the sanctuary of our mobile atelier by adhering to our definitive wellness standards.
I. THE ZERO-TOLERANCE MANDATE
To protect our future service capacity and the well-being of our exclusive roster, we require a 100% Symptom-Free Environment. If any member of your household is experiencing illness - including respiratory concerns, fever, or viral symptoms - immediate notification is mandatory.
II. THE RESCHEDULING PROTOCOL
Transparency is the hallmark of an elite partnership. Should illness be present, we will prioritize a Discreet Rescheduling to a time that better suits your household's recovery, ensuring our sanctuary remains uncompromised.
III. THE INTEGRITY FEE
In accordance with our commitment to excellence, appointments where illness is disclosed only upon our arrival will be Concluded Immediately. To cover the loss of professional time and the intensive sanitization required, the Full Session Fee Will Be Retained. We value your commitment to the gold standard of mobile care.
IV. RESCHEDULING & WELLNESS CONTINUITY
Our 48-hour Reservation Policy remains the definitive standard for all session adjustments. However, in the event of sudden household illness, we offer a Singular Wellness Grace Period. If notification is provided prior to our artisan's departure, your $100 retainer may be transitioned to a rescheduled engagement within 14 days.
Should illness be disclosed only upon our arrival at your residence, the 48 hour window is considered breached. In this instance, the sanctuary must be taken offline for an intensive sanitization; therefore, the full retainer is forfeited and the session fee is retained to cover the loss of professional capacity.
